These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Everywhen (the "App"), published by 0n1 Studios, a sole proprietorship ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Apple Standard EULA"), which also applies to your use of the App.

2Everywhen Unlimited subscription

The daily tale and ordinary play are available without payment. Everywhen Unlimited is an optional auto-renewing subscription that lets you generate and continue stories on demand, with fresh narration and voice.

• Billing. The price and billing period are shown in the App before you confirm. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Manage or cancel. You can view, manage, or cancel your subscription any time in iOS Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
• Connectivity. Generating and continuing stories requires an internet connection, because the narration and voice are produced on our servers.
• Purchases & refunds. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

3AI-generated stories

Story text, narration, and voices in the App are produced by automated AI systems, in part using third-party AI providers (described in our Privacy Policy). This content is fiction, generated for entertainment.

4Content you enter

Some features — such as choosing to "forge your own path" — let you type your own text to steer the story. You are responsible for what you submit, and you agree not to enter content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. By submitting text, you grant 0n1 Studios a limited license to process it solely to generate your story. We may filter, refuse, or stop generating content to enforce these Terms or keep the service safe.

5Acceptable use

• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the App except where permitted by law.
• Don't attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the App or its story service.
• Don't use the App for anything unlawful.

6Intellectual property

The App and its software, design, artwork, and built-in content are owned by 0n1 Studios or its licensors. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may enjoy stories generated for you within the App for your personal, non-commercial use. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or brand.

7Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0n1 Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
