These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Runoff (the "App"), published by 0n1 Studios, a sole proprietorship ("we", "us"). By downloading or playing the App, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in accordance with these Terms and with the rules of the store you obtained it from. On Apple platforms the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; on Google Play the Google Play Terms of Service apply; and on Steam the Steam Subscriber Agreement applies. Where a store's terms conflict with these, the store's terms govern your purchase and refunds.

The App and all of its content — including artwork, characters, music, audio, text, and software — are owned by 0n1 Studios or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or brand.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 0n1 Studios will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We will revise the date above when changes are made.
